GIOVANNI ACCUSED OF LYING...

Suggestions that Paul Giovanni £rd didn't blog anything other than The National Anthem 3 times a day for a full week because 'He had other things to do apart from from write award winning music blogs..' have been greeted with firm denials and strong condemnation by a spokesperson for Paul Giovanni £rd..

In a statement issued today by a character known only as 'Trevor', Mr Giovanni said that contrary to press reports suggesting he'd been:

Planting up the garden for the spring

Catching up on a few books

Playing with pictures

And

Working on some longer and more clever pieces of music writing as well working on a yet unreleased major revamp of his website www.paulgiovanni.com

he had in fact been 'Bowing and worshiping at the altar of war like any good subject of the queen'…

In a full statement issued and read by 'Trevor' at 11.11am Sunday, Mr Giovanni said:

'Paul Giovanni £rd AKA Futureproof Pious AKA Pippy The Muskrat is shocked and appalled at these horrific and shocking accusations'

'To suggest that Mr Giovanni was doing anything other applying to join the British Army and generally showing his enormous respect for Brave Prince Harry's Brave retreat from Afghanistan after 10 Brave weeks of Brave slaughter from a heavily armoured bunker is unfounded, unfair and most of all UNTRUE!!'

Trevor continued:

'I can personally attest that Mr Giovanni has spent each and every day of this last week in deep and thoughtful contemplation of the BRAVE and selfless service our Brave Prince Harry has performed in the name of God, Freedom, Democracy and Peace.

I can also confirm that I accompanied Mr Giovanni to the local Army Recruiting Office on Wednesday wherein Mr Giovanni applied to be a high ranking soldier.

Mr Giovanni would like it to be know that it sickens him to his very soul when he hears suggestions he was 'toddling about his balcony attending to seeds, getting drunk and animating images!'

But the accusations remain.

One unnamed source quoted in todays Sun suggested Mr Giovanni had been seen leaving the London College Of Beauty Friday Am wearing a large grin and clutching the business card of a masseuse called Suzy…

Another report in Wednesday Daily Mail, claimed a CCTV camera had seen Mr Giovanni weeding his Blackcurrrants late Thursday

And yet another camera said it had seen Mr Giovanni 'smiling and walking down the street, wearing a yellow baseball cap and sunglasses - apparently to disguise his identity..'

When posed with these questions, Trevor declined to comment on the specific accusations except to suggest that Mr Giovanni was so angry at what he maintained to be COMPLETE LIES!!! that he'd booked an appointment with his lawyer with a view to seeking legal redress and substantial finanacial compensation….
