I’ve just found out....

Current mood: DISBELIEVING.... Category: DISBELIEVING.... Music that one of the towels I've been using this last few years was stolen from the aftermarth of a gig by the band Menswear... 'On the one hand, the band was criticised by the British music press for allegedly having success based on good-looks and charm rather than musical talent. On the other, this helped Menswear appeal to readers of both the NME and Smash Hits.' Can anybody explain why the Menswear Effect hasn't rubbed off on me...?? 	Colossus	I think we all wanted them to have more than DayDreamer which was even back then...a tune that wouldn't survive it's scene. Like Dodgy, Lick and other Pulp/Blur tailcoat huggers, Menswear were always seemingly on the verge of contributing something worthwhile to justify the marketing. Oh well...
