is a very bad drug..

I'm lapping it up tonight - it's good sport, but like I said yesterday I'm not taking it seriously.

No boss, politicians change the daydrum detail, but they do nothing for the improvement of human character - big crowds screaming at one man only provides entertainment.....


Things that have amused/interested me thus far:

This is a rockstar election - people are lapping up the spectacle because it's good excitement and fresh sounding entertainment - neither of these has anything to do with good sense or political realities.

That people 'donate' money to politicians causes is very strange indeed - surely there are better things to spend money on if you really want to get ahead..??

Is the US economy recovering from recession going to be good or bad for Africa???

Would an unelected dictatorship have done anything different this last 8 years if presented with the US hand??
