Does anyone else have the idea that myspazz is going down the friggin tubes..?? What with the diversity, continual newness and 'me too' of F+%$book and myspaces apparent inability to repair the most basic of faults and improve the kind of user friendlyness that will keep people loyal, together with god knows what new spin on the same idea that's just around the corner, I'm pretty convinced the spazzer has had it's best days...
Yes boss, I had my first account on here more than 2 years ago and nothing has fucking changed or improved in that time.
Sure everything is a tiny bit more stable and reliable now, but other than that the improvements can be counted on one hand and they're all silly gimmicks rather than any kind of hands up jolts to the user experience..
Meanwhile there are still the same kind of niggly and irritating problems that have beset this rather shoddy operation from day one - the kind of stupid little things that a trained monkey could improve upon..
Off the top of my head:
You STILL can't jump through your friends any quicker than by 5 pages at a time.
You STILL can't download your messages into an email client or database
You STILL can't even search your messages
And despite the now ubiqutous and annoying catchpas you can STILL expect to recieve about 30 bogus whorey friend requests a day from spammers...
Seriously, if I didn't have a blog that is pretty dependent on myspazz, I, like so many others, would be long gone by now.
Yes boss, unless Uncle Tom pulls his fucking finger out, just as soon as I've managed to get www.paulgiovanni.com into the kind of place where it can properly stand alone, I'll spend all my time on that, pop in here from time to time to whooop up a little publicity and that'll be that....
